Our Story
Letha, the Founder and Director of L Charles Accounting Limited is an Associate Chartered Member of CIMA. She is an experienced senior finance professional having worked with several of UK's leading retail brands, helping the Board of Directors grow profits for their shareholders. Today, Letha works with Start-ups and Scaling businesses helping them build successful enterprises.
Letha is a highly qualified and successful accountant with a plethora of experience under her belt. She is a real people person with a strong passion for family and community. Working with her daughter Rhian allows her to combine both; Rhian works closely with her mother to manage and grow the accounting practice. By utilising Letha’s corporate expertise coupled with Rhian’s experience of working with leading disruptor brands in London – they have been able to create an accountancy service that truly engage and embrace their customers, by offering different ways to support their businesses and drive real value in a real way.
